Dog Training Services
Here are some of the most common problems we can help you with:
- * Aggression/biting
- * Dig, chew, escape
- * Not coming when called
- * Excessive barking
- * Scratching/whining
- * Separation anxiety
- * Boundary control
- * Jumping up
- * Pulling on lead
- * Toilet training
In-Home Training
Our research has proven that in order to solve problems effectively, we need to work in the dog’s own environment. This is why K9 Bootcamp’s primary service is In-Home Training. It is ideal for:
- * Creating an obedient dog that will happily walk on lead without tugging, sit or stay on command, and come immediately when called (sorry, we don’t train kids!);
- * Solving nasty habits such as aggression towards people or other animals;
- * Curing irritating things like barking, jumping up on people, scratching/whining at the back door;
- * Establishing ‘off limit/no go’ areas for your dog and establishing natural measures to resolve separation anxiety without drugs.
Puppy School
New puppy? No problem! A K9 Bootcamp Puppy School is ideal for socialising young puppies (16 weeks or younger) with other dogs and people. Puppy School is best if combined with In-Home Training if you really want a well behaved adult dog.
Group Training
We also offer Group and Advanced Group Training classes for people who enjoy a social and fun atmosphere and want to teach their dog a few more tricks. Topics covered include sit/stay, drop/stay, come when called, as well as gaining voice control, socialisation of their dog, lead control and advanced obedience techniques.
